Hi, I’m Alex, a professional problem-solver with a knack for crafting streamlined processes and a side of hustle.
I kickstarted my career as a CPA and SOX Consultant at EY, where I collaborated with clients across diverse industries to ensure compliance with IT security and financial regulations. Transitioning into a strategic consulting role, I focused on assisting clients in addressing complex challenges related to their digital customer experience strategies and capabilities. These projects took me on adventures spanning the United States, France, London, and even South Africa.
Working with so many companies was such an enriching experience, but I kept seeing the same thing time and time again no matter the industry, company size or location:
There were obvious problems that seemed easy to solve…So why didn’t anyone do anything about it?
I found myself wishing for the chance to be in a position to make decisions that actually drove results.
Then, in 2018, that chance came. I got the opportunity to join a pre-revenue B2B SaaS startup in Houston. During my 5+ years there, I spearheaded the establishment of the Customer Success, Product and RevOps organizations; laying foundations and contributing to the company’s profitable growth to $30m+ ARR and 150+ employees.
Through this experience, I realized what I love is orchestrating seamless processes and performance improvement initiatives across the go-to-market funnel, revenue teams and back-office. From defining bespoke experiences to operationalizing intricate back-end integrations and processes that support the strategy — I specialize in getting traction to execute complex plans. I use data and technology-driven methodologies to deliver authentic and scalable solutions from the ground up.
